He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Antonius Stratkemper (Josepha Theresia Hengst Stratkemper) and Norbert Henry Stratkemper. He is survived by: his sons, Tobias Stratkemper (Miriam) of Bochum, Philipp Stratkemper (Sandra) and Friedrichshafen Germany; his siblings, Eberhard Stratkemper of Germany, Hermann Stratkemper of Germany and Joseph Stratkemper of Germany; and his grandchildren, Johanna, Charlotte, Tjard and Zoe.

Memorial donations may be made to the Recovery Cafe or the SURF center in loving memory of Norm.
