He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jim and Darlene Webb. He is survived by: his parents, James E. Purdy and Kara Purdy Jr. (Phillips); his brother Elliot Purdy; his grandparents, Karen Phillips (George Reger), Eric Phillips and James Purdy Sr. (Kathy); his uncles, Jeremy Phillips and Scout Phillips; and his aunt Finley Phillips.
