He is survived by: his sisters, Jae Kellogg (Patrick) and Betsy Montgomery (Glade); and his nieces and nephews, Meghan Israel, Zach Israel (Elise), Scott Kellogg (Karen Knight), Kendall Huffer O'Neill (Scott), Brandon Huffer (Rachel), Kate Montgomery and Reece Montgomery.
