"Frank" Adams Jr.; her husband Dean Hedges; her children, Matthew Hedges and Brandi Casselberry; her grandchild Jordyn Hedges; her siblings, Tony Adams and Dee Sheda of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Dominick, Mason, Aalliyah, Camden, Talon, Wrigley and Weston.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Riley Hospital for Children or Down Syndrome of Indiana.
