He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Baugues and Bertha Baugues (Pence); his wife Patricia Carol Moore; and his siblings, Betty Conrad and Leroy Baugues.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim Baugues (Sally), Daniel Baugues (Christie), Tom Baugues (Patti) and Philip Baugues; and his siblings, Mary Baugues and Donald Baugues (Shirley). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
