She was predeceased by: her husband Bishop James R. O'Neal; her sons, Allen R. O'Neal and Dr. Randell L. O'Neal; her parents, F. L. Cooper and Nellie Mae Cooper; and her siblings, May Pearl Cooper, Lillian Mayberry, Dorothy Ann Moore, Annette Ross Anderson, C. L. Otis Cooper and Roger Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Russell (Bruce) of Atlanta, Taffaney O'Neal of Atlanta, Phyllis Winkfield of Dalton, Georgia and Ricky O'Neal of Kokomo, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Crystal Ann O'Neal of Dalton, Georgia; her sisters, Evangelist Diane Bonds (Charles) of Dalton and May Young of Dalton, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Ann O'Neal, Geraldine London, Addie Blalock, Myra Jo Render (Willie), Robert O. O'Neal (Sherry), Myron O. Mayberry and Kenneth Anderson.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the True Gospel Pentecostal Church (109 Henderson St, Dalton, GA 30721).
