It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Cornego-Gonzalez of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Hayden; and her sister Tammy Cornego. She is survived by: her mother Donisia Hayden (Montalvo); her husband Nicolas Gonzalez; her children, Shawn Gould of Lafayette, James Gould of Lafayette, Nicholas Lopez of Lafayette and Adalynne Gould of Lafayette; and her siblings, David Montalvo of Lafayette, William Cornego (Tammy) of Lafayette, Diana Beliles (Morgan) of Lafayette and Alisha Sandoval of Lafayette.
