Ortiz of Lafayette; her granddaughters, Elliyanah and Ariyah Thacker; and her siblings, Brian K. Baker (Julie) of Lafayette, Tina L. Arellanes of Indianapolis, Dale A. James (Tony) of Delphi and Brenda Navarrete of Monitor. She is also survived by her family, friends.
