Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lee Anne Smith of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 75, on September 26, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Edward and Dolores Woolridge (Fessler); her son Thomas A. Smith; and her brother Jeffery Woolridge. She is survived by: her daughter Faye D. Reid-Pullen (Tracy) of Frankfort; her grandsons, Aaron Thomas Reid and John Ryan Demerly; and her sister Tami Dress of Put-In.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Lee Anne's memory.
