He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neal and Catherine Neal (Markwith); and his brothers, Walter Neal and Claude E. Neal. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sue Neal of Lafayette; his grandchildren, David K. Neal (Sami), Jeffrey Douglas and Julie Duselis (Paul); his great grandchildren, Olivia Marie, Evelyn Rose and Hanson; and his father-in-law Lyle Kenneth Parr.
