It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kent Short (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Wilson; his daughter Kayla Short; and his brother Kenneth D. Short. He is survived by: his wife Susan Short (Bates); his children, Trent Short (Rachael) and Kendra Avila (Jorge); his stepsons, David Noble (Kayla) and Jonathon Noble; his grandchildren, Kingstin, Monroe, Gauge, Wesson, Jonatan, Giovanni, Milly, Mika, Rayna, Ady and Jacob; his siblings, Sherry Williamson (Eddie) and Scott Randall Underwood; his uncle Steve Thompson (Carole); and his aunt Debbie Lucus (Richard).
