She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert DeGraffenreid and Elizabeth DeGraffenreid; her children, Orlando Martin of Kokomo and Dawn Martin of Lafayette; and her siblings, Rhonda DeGraffenreid, Belinda Harden, Sherry DeGraffenreid and Doug DeGraffenreid.
She is survived by: her children, Joshua Martin of Chicago and Crystal Martin of High Point; her husband Leonard S. Martin; her siblings, Kelly DeGraffenreid of Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte McGee of Anderson, Teresa Robinson of Lafayette, Melanie DeGraffenreid of Lafayette, Paul DeGraffenreid of Anderson, Melita Gholston of Anderson and Natalie DeGraffenreid of Akron, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Gomsi, Bert, Lenu and Leopold Fonkwe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel AME Church (820 Ferry St, Lafayette, IN 47901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
