She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Thornburg and Martha Thornburg (Hallman). She is survived by: her husband Robert Laird; her children, Brian Laird (Audrey) and Cheryl Appleby (David); and her grandchildren, Nathan, Jonathan, Lucy Appleby and Molly Laird. She is also survived by three sisters, four brothers and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Simplicity Funeral Care (1608 Schuyler Ave, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
