She is survived by: her children, Mindy Hertzler (D. J.) of Indianapolis and Jeff Bol (Pauline) of Maysville, KY; her siblings, Monna Burgess (Bill) and Jeff Cuppy (Judy); her grandchildren, Jeff Hertzler, Whitney Colonia (Camilo), Aubrey Golbek (Dwayne), Zachary Bol, Seth Bol and Caleb Bol (Lynsey); and her great grandchildren, Ashton Boller, Mason Heath, Isabella Colonia, Judah Golbek, Ezra Golbek, Tessa Golbek and Ira Golbek.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Judy's name to Itown Church, 12491 E. 136th St Fishers, IN 46038.
