She is survived by: her sister Connie Campbell (Keith); her spouse Francis Provo; and her children, Cheryl McCool (Michael), Debra Provo (Rebecca White), Elaine Hughes (Robert), Larry Provo, Randy Provo (Sue), Timothy Provo (Kathy), Gwen Bell (Dan), Laurie Gaylor (Chris) and Brian Provo.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (612 Wabash Ave, Lafayette, IN 47905). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
