He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Phillips (Oglesby) of Lafayette; his children, Angela Larson (James) of Monticello, Thomas Franks (Tonya) of Lafayette and Matthew Franks (Deanna) of Monticello; his siblings, Thomas Phillips (Nancy), Gary Phillips of Lafayette and Mary Ann Morgan (Denny) of West Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Micah, Amanda, Emma, Abigail, Mia, Aaron, Henry, Lucas, Oksana, Skyler, Cheyanne, Keyera, Brent, Dakota, Erica, Lawrence, Nichole, Mckinnize, Caden, Evan, Cody and Tyler. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
