We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2024, at the age of 80, James Alan Taylor of Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taylor and Frances Taylor (Wolf); his siblings, Peggy Taylor, Bobbie Werderitsh and Gary Taylor; and his daughter-in-law Chris Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Taylor of Lafayette; his children, Memory Miller (Christopher) of Beech Grove, IN, Tim Taylor of Cape Coral, FL and Derek Taylor of Lafayette; his sister-in-law Donna Taylor of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Jordan Taylor (Lindsey), Sarah Larrison, Acacia Carney (Shawn), Josh Miller (Allysia), Hunter Taylor (Brooke), Levi Miller, Cooper Taylor and Cameron Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Kiley, Claire, Celie, Colt, Wyatt, Henry, Avery, Hudson, Harrison, Hampton, Evan, Bennett, Liberty, Keegan and Max.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the River City Church (108 Beck Ln, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
