She is survived by: her children, Deborah Wallace of Tarpon Springs, FL, Dale Rose (Daleen) of Lafayette, Garry M. Rose of Lafayette and Dallas Rose (Kay) of Brooksville, FL.; her grandchildren, Christopher Wallace, Courtney Stump (Justin), Blake Onak (Graham), Brendan Rose (Elsa), Brad Libbey (Jennifer), David Rose (Rachel), Grant Rose (Allison), Libby Rohr (Scott), Grace Rose, Estevan Mantica and Alex Mantica (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Addyson, Rylan, Cayden, Layla, Carter, Calen, Colton, Eva, Stephen, Luna, Maverick, Lincoln, Sean, Timmy and Belle.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jacqueline's memory to Alzheimer's Association.
