It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Shoaf of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtiss Shoaf and Darlene Shoaf (Biddle); and his siblings, John Shoaf and Cara Shoaf. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Shoaf of Lafayette; his children, Megan Martin (Chris) of Lafayette and Adam Shoaf of Clarks Hill; his stepdaughters, Celia of Lafayette and Harper Kem of Lafayette; his sister Victoria Shoaf of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Faythe "Elliot" Douglas and Gabby Shoaf; and his aunt Delores "Aunt Dee" Shoaf. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to either the American Heart Association or the Parkinson's Foundation.
