He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tolen and Mary Jane Tolen (Peak); and his siblings, Vernon Martin and Nickie Scott. He is survived by: his siblings, Roberta Pearce of Ft. Wayne and Frank Warren of Seymour. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
