He is survived by: his wife Jackie Montenaro (Cunningham); his children, Michael Montenaro (Nicole Reynaga) and Alexa Bjornsen (Dillon); his stepson Curtis Mize; his brother John Montenaro; and his grandchildren, Jesse Jenkinson, Zoey Bjornsen, Evan Mize and Cameron Mize.
