She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester L. Clayton and Thelma Clayton (Fritz); her husband Donald L. Mullendore; her brother Jim Clayton; and her son-in-law Tony Toman.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Mullendore Jr. (Kathy) of Lafayette, Bridgett Shepherd (Bradly) of Lafayette, Anthony Mullendore (Lacy) of Lafayette and Donella Toman of Lafayette; her sister Joann Barker of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Leva, Elizabeth, Jason, Kyleigh, James, Steven, Sidney, Hagan, Sky, Thadious, Tayler, Tyler, Travis and Tuttle. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lafayette Chapel (914 Columbia St, Lafayette, IN 47901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
