She is survived by: her children, Rick Vaughn (Shanna) of Lafayette and Kierston Vaughn of Fairview Park, OH; her sisters, Linda Harcourt of Lafayette and Lisa Dowis (Andrew) of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her grandchildren, Wyatt Vaughn and Olivia Vaughn.
