It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Surface of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Mozelle, Kentucky, who passed away on May 3, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Creed Turner and Eva Turner (Brown); and her siblings, Imogene Snyder, Ada Turner and Aubrey Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Surface (Tina) of Cincinnati, OH and Esther Lewis (Matthew) of Fishers; and her grandchildren, Ethan Surface, Lauren Surface, Jarrett Surface, Rebecca Lewis, Gabrielle Lewis and Nathaniel Lewis.
