It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene Harper of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Covington, Indiana, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin L. Harper and Marie Harper (Cunningham); his spouse Bobby Lou Million; and his daughter Carol Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Judy Nolen (Tim) of Ashdown, AR; and his grandsons, Jonathan and Matt Nolen.
