He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne B. McIntosh and Ruth McIntosh (Bruce). He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie McIntosh (Anthony Cuppy) and Sheena McIntosh (Thomas Anderson); his brothers, Wayne McIntosh (Vicky) and Gary McIntosh (Leslie); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Cuppy, Alexis Brown and Marleigh Killebrew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Soller-Baker Funeral Homes & Crematory, Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
