He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Schelle; his parents, Jacob Schelle and Ethel Schelle; and his siblings, Jacob Schelle Jr., Richard Schelle, Donald Schelle and Mary Korschot.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Schelle (Spencer Bower), Randal Schelle (Lorna), Gary Schelle (Diane) and Teresa Moore (Mark); his grandchildren, Bradley Schelle (Amber), Ashley Schelle (Amy), Aprill Gilman (Andrew), Lauren Saloh (Nate), Matthew Schelle, Sara Vandewalle (Adam), Ryan Moore (Megan Richason) and Robert Moore (Mary Hale); and his great grandchildren, Conner Schelle, Luke Schelle, Joslyn Schelle, Issac Schelle, Caleb Schelle, Levi Schelle, Elias Schelle, Camden Gilman, Alyson Gilman, Brayden Gilman, Henry Vandewalle and Elsie Vandewalle.
