He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Denham Sr. and Helen Denham (England); and his brother William A. Denham. He is survived by: his daughter Sasha Shackleferd (Kyle); his brothers, Timothy B. Denham, Patrick L. Denham (Becky) and Wesley T. Denham (Abby); and his granddaughter Haillee Price-Shackleferd.
