She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Allen and Helen Allen; her husband James E. Chase; her grandson Donald Chase Jr.; and her brothers, Ralph and Donnie Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Kathleen), Donald (Becky), Terry (Paulette) and Jeffrey (Jeanna) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Veronica, Kyle (Bailey), Missy (Luke), Cody, Amanda (Cody), Erin, Steven, Jacob (Alex), Jonathan, Josslyn and Joseph. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Soller-Baker Funeral Homes & Crematory, Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909).
Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Carolyn's memory.
