She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Emmons and Lilas Emmons (Parke); her husband Alton C. Hines; and her sister Barbara Mitchell of Lafayette. She is survived by: her children, Judi Stanfield (Donn) of Lafayette and Alan Hines (Jill) of Lafayette; her stepchildren, Robert "Hank" Hines (Lori) of Lafayette, Alton "Dean" Hines of Kentland and Kathy Voyak of Anderson; her grandchildren, Jason Stanfield (Christina) of Lafayette, Jonathon Stanfield (Laura) of Lafayette, Jordan Funk of Lafayette, Matthew Hines of Lafayette, Hailey Jahn (Hines) of Grand Rapids and Emma Hines of Lafayette; and her brothers, Lyle Emmons (Karen) of Deland and Jim Emmons (Janice) of West Lafayette. She is also survived by grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
