She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Butz and Mae Butz (Klippel); and her son-in-law Dan Smith. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Warwick; her children, Karen Smith of Lafayette, William "Rusty" Warwick (Jo Elizabeth) of Frankfort and James "Jim" (Lori) of Lafayette; her brother Fred Butz (Nancy) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Kristy, Jenny, Danni, Kaycee, Will, Jack, Graham, Elizabeth, Ryan, Kaci and Brianne. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Boniface Cemetery in loving memory of Alberta.
