He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Riley Congleman and Mahala Evelyn Rowland (Simms); his children, Gary Congleton and Shannon Clark; and his siblings, Judy McGinnis, Beverly Hodges, Doris Russell, Jack and Mike Congleton.
He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Luke (Brian) of Greenwood; his brother William Congleton; his brother-in-law Tom McGinnis; and his friend Kay Reagin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
