He is survived by: his wife Cora Cook of Ladoga; and his daughters, Madonna Fisher of Ladoga, Trina Leonard (Chip) of Crawfordsville and Michelle Simpson (Audie) of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
