He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Foster and Esta G. Foster (Dorsett); and his siblings, Wilma Lou Cox (Foster), William Richard Foster and Randy Blaine Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Judie Dell Foster (Hinkle); and his sons, Timothy Dean Foster and Mark Anthony Foster (Kathy).
