He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edward and Margaret Smith (Perry); and his siblings, Kenny Smith, Tonya Smith and Sonya Smith.
He is survived by: his wife PJ Owen; his children, Harold, Isaac Smith, Richelle Harkrider, Michelle Harvey, Shannon Lopez, Jessica Diaz and Tiffany Smith; and his siblings, Tony Smith, Marty Smith, Mark Stepp and Joyce Stewart. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
