He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Marshall and Maxine Marshall (Widner); his brother Phillip Marshall; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Marshall. He is survived by: his grandchild Raylan; his wife Cheryl (Rohn); his children, Ashley Marshall, Alex Marshall, Brenay and Raylan; and his cousin Judy Fitzer of Flora. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations can be made to the John Purdue Club, of which Hal was a member.
