He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, Virginia Vice (Bennett) and Kenneth George Vice; his granddaughter Corley Casteel; and his siblings, Karen Wang and Keith "Pete" Vice.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny D. Vice (Crystal) and Kimbie Casteel (Mark); his grandchildren, Cassy Vice, Kyle Vice (Halee), Sydney and Toby Casteel; and his great grandchildren, Vinny, Camden, Grace and Annie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
