He is survived by: his parents, Rolf Nykamp and Debra Nykamp (Frye); his girlfriend Summer Bennett; his children, Clayton, Heston, Holden, Anthony Hatter, TJ Stepp, Mason Stepp and Maxwell Stepp; his siblings, Kathryn Nykamp, Jon Nykamp (Andrea) and Kevin Nykamp (Megan); and his grandmother Erika Nykamp.
