She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Keller and Vera L. Caldwell (Scott); her husband Dale Cook; and her son Roger Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Madonna Fisher of Ladoga, Trina Leonard (Chip) of Crawfordsville and Michelle Simpson (Audie) of Crawfordsville; and her sister Teresa Cedars (Tom) of Crawfordsville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
