He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Duley and Gladys Saulman Duley; his former wife Dorothy Jean Chancellor Duley; and his brother Farrell Wayne Duley. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jackson Duley; his daughters, Brenda King (Darrell) and Diane Nichols (Robert); his stepchildren, Laura Decker, Elizabeth Turner (Chris), Doug Embry and Jeff Decker (Ann); his brother Bill Duley (Phyllis); and his sister-in-law Velera Duley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.
