He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Shields Withers; his children, Claude Henry "Hank" Withers, Jr. (Jennifer) of Corydon, Thomas Allen Withers (Donna) of Elizabeth, Jo Ann Schoen of Corydon and Joy Gayle Wolfe of Corydon; his daughter-in-law Beverly Withers of New Albany; and his brothers, James Withers of Laconia and George Withers of Walkertown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
