He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Frakes and Bonnie Miller Frakes; his pet Toby; his wife Dianne Frakes (Bierly); his children, Joe Frakes and Lisa Jacobi (Alan); and his grandchildren, Heather Ewing (Cody) and Joe Jacobi.
