She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Winford Dove and Opal Dove (Hill); her husband Harold Everett Long Sr.; her children, David Long (Diana), Joseph Long (Karen), Dona Swan (Mark) and Harold "Boo" Long, Jr. (Beverly); her grandchildren, Crystal Hickey (Brian), Stefanie Hudgins, Duston Hudgins, Kiegan Long (Angel), Abby Long, Sasha Long, Celeste Smith (Cody), Josh Long (Taylor), Elliot Long (Ashley) and Ethan Long; her siblings, Bob, Bill, Jim, Larry, Jerry, Winnie, Nelly, Anna, Geneva, Marty and Debbie; and her close friends, Judy Sullivan, Vicki Noble (Ashley Schmitt) and Karen Womack.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 181 McClung Rd, La Porte, IN 46350. A memorial service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
