He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patricia Evenburg; his grandchildren, Emily Howard (Adam) and Kaitlin Todd; his brother David Berby of Racine; and also, Julie Konowitz (Berby) of Seal Beach, Mike Berby (Barb) of La Porte and Jane Berby-Todd (David) of Carmel.
