He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo Oyola and Maria Oyola (Alverez); his son Carlos Oyola; and his grandson Seth Oyola. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jensen; his children, Angelica Fuemmeler (Travis) of Marietta, Georgia, Scott Oyola (Jerri) of La Porte and Robert Oyola of Kingsford Heights, Indiana; and his stepdaughter May Lee McCormack of La Porte, Indiana. He is also survived by four siblings in Puerto Rico; and five grandchildren.
