He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Gibson Bailey; his daughter Pamela Higley (Michael) of La Porte, IN; and his grandchildren, Michele Kirby of Elyria, OH and Ryan Higley of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
