She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Closs and Nell Closs (Gibson); her daughters, Pam Navarro (Tim) of La Porte, Theresa Loera of La Porte, Rachel Swager of La Porte and Judy Keenan of La Porte; her grandchildren, Jeremy Swager, Nahul Swager, Homero Loera, Eduardo Loera, Nyssa Sutherlin, Aaliyah Sutherlin, Heavenly Sutherlin, Ava Navarro and Carmen Navarro; her great grandchild Lilyana Swager; and her brothers, Steve and Jeff Closs.
