He is survived by: his children, Anthony Hull (Georgeann) of Tarpon Springs, FL, Lindsey Berry (John) of Indianapolis, Matthew Hull of La Porte and April Hull of New Mexico; and his siblings, Laura Ortiz of Michigan City, Wende Gliva (Bobby) of Walkerton, Mark Hull (Terri) of La Porte and Ted Phillips (Lisa) of Palm Coast, FL.
