He is survived by: his parents, Eric Terusiak (Jody) of Kingsford Heights and Dawn Vitale (Richardson) of La Porte; his siblings, Christian Terusiak (Gabbi) of La Porte, Kyle Terusiak (Britney) of Michigan City and Austin Terusiak of La Porte; his stepsiblings, Mercadies of Knox, Tristan of Knox and Jada Vitale of Knox; his grandmothers, Janet Thompson and Pam Gardner of La Porte; and his stepgrandparents, Kim Baker of La Porte and Bill Thompson.
