He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Young; his children, Maria Kajer (Craig) of La Porte, Bruce Young of Florida, Matthew Young of La Porte and David Young of La Porte; and his grandchildren, Michael Kajer, Emma Lee, Alexandra Young and Landyn Trosper-Young.
